First off could I just really?! So you are using someone who isn't transgender to marginalize the transgender community? That seems just as logical as banning knives in a building because of a gun crime. Secondly with an anti-Transgender law all a man has to do is claim he is a Trans-Man (female to male) and has every right to be in the women's restroom. So that hypothetical situation you came up with was not solved with your solution! (For those who think Trans-men still look feminine please avert your attention to the picture below this statement on the right!)
So it literally baffles me how a lot of people are saying that because of the possible actions of a Cisgender Man we are going to bar Women's bathrooms from Transgender Women which does NOT stop the possible actions of that same Cisgender Male and we want to do it to protect Women and Children. Does not really make sense. These bills are not protecting women and children from the possible threats instead they are specifically targeting transgender women.
Which reminds me, if these bills were just for protecting women and children then why are the comment sections filled with things like,
- "Keep those trans perverts out of women's restrooms."
- "I better not see a tranny enter a women's restroom or else.."
- "These freaks need to die."
Bottom line is that Trans Women are not a threat to women and children, so why are there bills that punish us? If you are serious about wanting to protect women and children then you should want to protect Trans women as well, for Trans women are women.
Thank you for taking the time and reading this my article!
Sincerely, Annie B
